I am unable to get the game to start with the SKSE loader with enb installed. As far as I can tell I have installed everything correctly according to the directions contained in ENBSERIES .245, PhenixENB and ENBboost. I have made what I can tell are the necessary changes to skyprefs.ini. The game will start and run fine using only TESV.exe but when I try to start it with SKSEloader it goes through the splash screens, I am using Elys uncapper, and open the initial box in the corner and then does nothing. I have waited for 5 minutes and nothing happens. Any thoughts or advice will be most greatly appreciated.

i7 4770k

16g RAM

NVidia gt 760, 4g mem

Are you using the Wrapper or Injector version of ENB?

Following the instructions from Phinix I am using the Wrapper version even though when you copy the Phinix files there is one "injector.ini" that is copied also. I have tried running it with and without this file present.

Quick test:

Move the d3d9.dll file out of your Skyrim directory (just temporarily, you'll want to move it back later).

Try starting the game through the SKSE launcher now. What happens?

the game started immediately as usual when I remove the d3d9.dll. Uh, now what?
