I wonder if anyone could shed any light on the following...

In the ini file of, well, any ENB there is a PROXY section. The proxy section has an initialise proxy setting and an enable proxy setting.

What I don't fully understand, and I realise this is most likely a stupid question, is why there are two settings as why would you mark a proxy dll as true for enabled but false for initialised, and conversely how can you initialise a proxy dll if you have not first enabled it?

Can anyone enlighten me?
Or am I missing something very obvious!
