Content Culling Question

There's a mod that makes multiple distinct changes to the world, only one component of which I'd like to use. It's fairly straightforward to use the CSE and TES4Edit to remove the worldspace cell changes I'm not interested in keeping.

That seems to work fine when playing. However, it leaves a lot of unnecessary interiors and objects in the ESP.

I did end up going through and removing each of the stranded interiors. And the "Centralized Use Info Listing" appears to let me see which Creatures, NPCs, etc. in the ESP are not being utilized and can be removed. I was wonder, though, if there's any automated tool or command that will go through an ESP and remove all unnecessary/stranded content: delete interiors that can't be reached, objects that are not placed, etc.
