Why must good things be adversely effected by our culture?

The american culture - foundation is the mighty dollar

Music - you know the albums that have 2 good songs and the rest are crap? You cant tell me they dont know the other songs are crap. Im a firm believer that the red hot chili peppers made 10 good songs all at one time back in the 80s and they just put 2 of them songs on every album they put out since.

Video games - ive blindly followed developer because of enjoyment of previous games. Well i found out that they were just riding the wave from there aaa title and using there name for sales - this means you "brink" and lets not forget dlc thats should of been in the game to began with and now with micro transactions how far can we really take this

Nfl football - love it but a series of commercials every 5 mins is very annoying. They say the only reason soccer is not popular in the usa is because the powers to be cannot find a way to insert commercials because the game dont stop - pretty sad even tho i hate soccer

And i bet you all can think of many more good things in life thats intentally tainted for no other reason to make money

Please tell me you're joking, because their music has evolved so much since the 80's, not to mention the fact that they have way more than 10 good songs; more like 30+

Football>Football

Also can you really blame someone for trying to make money?

You may be surprised....

Broadband internet -

Did you know that only 1/3 of america has broadband or better internet? Hear this, in Korea 9 out of 10 people have broadband or better internet. And to really set it off the average americans pays double the price for 50% the speed as korea. Why is it that way.. Greed, ceos of american internet companys make 5-10 million per year! If that money was put into our infrastructure it would be awesome.

A study was done on the federal level and the results were that within 3 years the average american house hold will use 50 gb of data per month.

Currently i pay $200 for 20gb of internet per month and i have 0 other options other than no internet

No, it is an universal trait in humans, since our species began.

Did you know there is a law in Finland that requires every citizen to have access to a reasonably priced broadband internet? Information society, baby!
