Does Mexico or parts of Mexico feature in Fallout lore? Just across the border from California are some of Mexico's largest cities with a lot of industry.

I'm not sure of the actual NCR territory but I know it is California. Where does this end southerly?

As we have now established that the Mongols were inspired by the Mongol M.C. Which is a Californian biker gang predominantly founded by and made up of a mix of Mexicans and White Americas, do we know if the Mongols in Fallout have any Mexican connections?
