While looking at the Ranger Station near Novac, after seeing all the corpses in it, a Legion assassin appeared. The problem, is that they don't spawn in doors. Also, before that, I just loaded up a save, and a Legion assassin mysteriously appeared and attacked me as soon as I loaded the game. :/

Have they been known to do this?
