Need help.

I've just comleted the Lonesome Road DLC but the reduced skills: Guns,Explosives,Melee weapons,Energy weapons and unarmed (after the Ulysses's Flash bang) are still at 0.

I tried to sleep, visit doctor, listen the Ulysses's tape but nothing happend. What to do ?
