So, now that the GFWL store is dead (yay!).... is there any way to get the individual DLC other than Steam?

I ask because I have two DLC (Broken Steel and The Pitt), but not the other three. It'd be nice if there was some other alternative other than "rebuy the whole thing again (and waste the bandwidth downloading it all)".

...of course, that's likely to be the most economical in the long run. Hrm.

Unfortunately not. I guess the best way might be to wait for a nice Steam sale and get Fallout 3 GOTY.
