I got the fortune finder perk, but I am still only getting 3 or 4 caps per box. The wiki says I should be getting ten times that. I am just really wondering why it is'nt. I think I just wasted a perk. If it is ten times, I should be getting 30 and 40 caps per box.

Is this perk bugged?
