Is there going to be a collecter's edition of elder scrolls online at gamestop to preorder?

i am 100% positive they will and really i hope they announce it soon. the problem i am having is my gamestop wont do a midnight release unless they get 75 preorders and right now they have less than 10. i refuse to buy this at gamestop without a midnight release so i might have to miss out on the CE version or drive much further than i want to if i really need the CE

I'm sure there will be, probably like $200+ if it is following current generation game trends.
