Hello all I have 2 questions because I'm a complete noob fallowing the online tutorials. First is about my NPC's, I have all my stuff navmeshed and they go around the area perfectly fine but while they are doing that they seem to be in a constant 'falling' state like with their arms out and such. They will like pop up and down halfway in the floor for a bit then stand normally. Any Ideas what I did wrong? (Its a new island I made with hilly terrain).

Second is how to make a NPC act like the other ones who move you from place to place. Like I talk to them and they use their boat to move me from Windhelm to Solitute.
