Does anyone know what might be causing it? I noticed that it follows the path of the sun's rays and it only happens in 3rd person when looking at the sun. So at sun rise if I'm looking at the sun, the shapes are pointed right at my face; at 12:00pm, I have to look straight up to notice it. I am running the official HD texture packs, Phinix's ENB preset, and CoT amongst other mods.

It seems like lens flare directly from sun.

Either way it could be a mod (related to textures).

Or you have done some not proper adjustment to your Titan Control panel.

Or it is just because the 2 Titans in SLI mode.

---------------------

I would first try with only one Titan.

Then i would set to default all the Graphic Properties from your GPU control panel. (AA and AF disabled.)

If you have done any changes to your Skyrim.ini or especially to your SkyrimPrefs.ini delete those files, and skyrim will make new ones.

Try skyrim with high settings, and experiment with the skyrim -> options -> (Detail & View distance) (if you have any of those at ultra try high.)

Try to disable some mod's to see if it makes any difference. !!!!!!

Disabled all of the Unofficial Skyrim Patches and it fixed the issue. Will test later to see which one is specifically causing it.
