Resist Poison Enchantment : V

Can anyone tell me where I can find something to disenchant with the Resist Poison enchantment? I'm level 66, not sure if that's relevant.

You can enchant custom items with Resist Poison if you find one of the following items,they are randomly generated enchanted jewelry...
Necklace of Poison Immunity
Necklace of Poison Resistance

Apparently that's easier said than done. Where do I find those?
