So, Enesia is my main character. As everyone knows the raging psychopathic, happy casting hands of destruction, who mutters to himself. He also seems extremely self absorbed in his research. And stole Farengar's dragonstone and book, so he couldn't defeat Enesia in learning the true nature of the dragons.

I found out why Enesia is so eternally damned in the head. His long suffering mental illness is due to a failed Lightning spell. While young Enesia was experimenting with a Lightning spell effect, he accidentally hit himself with it, sending lots of voltages through his body.

It also made his mind suffer in weird and wonderful ways. Leaving him the psychopathic he is today. Well he's more OCD than anything.

As always, the Mad God has won.

Ah see but it is you who ar'th mad! for you cannot fail at casting spells in skyrim! to have failed anything Enesia would have to be 207 years old at least! (shameless jab)

so with that knowledge what does Enesia plan to do from then on? lol

No he's been quite insane for 10 years now.

He's 26, so the failed spell was back when he was 16. He's been insane as I play through with him.

Sometimes my own character surprises me as he tends to run the show. He has a shameless hoarding habit. He believed Farengar was trying to cheat him out of his research and take his glory. That's why he needed the book you see. The book Delphine and Farengar were conspiring to use against his research.
