Since ZOS have their own store and it is not on Steam at the same time, there will NOT be a steam version then?

I'm not that concerned if I can buy it via steam, even though I do really like the service. I just hope that the in-home streaming works!
Doesn't mean it won't be on Steam. Just because a company offers a digital download doesn't mean they don't also sell it in other digital stores. Happens all the time. Sure, they have a bigger margin selling it on their own website, but despite how much you or I might be be following the release of ESO, there are millions of people who aren't, and would only find out about it there. Steam in particular; it's like the digital-download game equivalent of Wal-Mart.
I understand, now I am wondering how well the Overlay will work with ESO? Will ESO keep track of hours? Will it be easy to share ingame achievements?
Well, I didn't say it definitely would be on Steam, or that the overlay will work with it even if it is. I was just pointing out that just because a company offers a digital download in it's own store doesn't mean it won't be offered in other stores, too.
Just add the game to your steam library
i hope to mara theres no steam connected to eso in no way shape or form' all my downloads took litteraly a week and sometimes more. i hate steam
I still want ESO steam but...
Take RIFT for example, one can get a non steam version of the game and one can also can get a steam version as well. I am thinking that ZOS is doing the same here.
Did I mention that I want ESO on Steam?
Still two months to release. Just because it's not available yet doesn't mean it won't be available period.
