Might want to consider giving this article a read, it offers some clarity at least.

i agree and all this thats going on is a moot point, there is no reason to get in such an uproar over something we dont even know about yet. I tried to start this thread as a calm discussion but some people do not want that, they just want to worry about what they dont have even if they have no idea what it is.....

I'm sorry you don't appreciate the logic - I really can't help that.

But if you have access to 90 powers - and I have access to 100 powers, assuming they're all equal (powers never are) - I have an advantage, because I have more to choose from and I'm MORE likely to find something that suits my playstyle.

It's pretty simple, I have to say.

Now, if you're seriously saying people don't actually WANT more powers to choose from by default - then I don't know what world you're living in, but it's not mine.

I have explained the logic to you and it is you that does not understand, we all get the same kind of "powers" lol the only difference between the races aside of cosmetics is the racial abilities that will not matter when you get past the first few levels. I asked a question of you earlier about your mmo experience and you chose not to answer, if you had of i would have explained to you what i mean if you lack the experience playing mmo's.

So i will break it down, racial abilities do not matter at all once you get past the starter levels. All races will be balanced around your gear and your skill ability, it has been like this in every mmo that has ever came out and if you dont understand that i can't help you. This is not a role game or whatever, you characters will grow with more gear that you get and those extra 2 points in whatever mean nothing once you start getting gear.

well thankfully there's plenty of time between now and release time, they'll likely tell what those passives are, like the other skills they released and that are on TF

I still doubt their passives will be game breaking.

I doubt they will and really i am wondering, since the info states that the items will be available on release, does that mean the race will unlock only on the 4th? I hope not but we really dont know that and a plethora of other things until they talk to us lol.

90 powers vs 100? Are you expecting somebody to somehow be playing all 10 races at once or something? Imperials will have some unique abilities, yes. But so will every single other race in the game.

If you were to play an Altmer, and I played a Nord, would you complain that I have access to abilities that you don't have? Because I would have different abilities from you, and as such you would have different abilities from me. Nord vs Altmer, Dunmer vs Imperial, Khajit vs Argonian. It doesn't matter, because they're all bringing the same number of (balanced) abilities to the table. Somebody buying the Imperial Edition doesn't magically get some new unfair advantage over somebody else if they choose to play an Imperial, and they certainly don't get it if they play as any other race in the game.

No, I'm expecting people to choose from the races available. Those with the Imperial race will have more powers to choose from.

Since I could play a Nord if I wanted to in your example, I wouldn't complain.

Is that hard to understand?

EVERYONE has the same powers to choose lol the only differences are the racials and we dont even know what they will be, there is NO CHOICE with racials they are what they are..... Man why is it so hard for you to see this. You have been trolling around with me for an hour atleast, i dont agree with your standpoint and you dont agree with mine, . You make no sense with what your saying at all.
