Will my PC run the game ok or should i just get the XB1 version?

My Spec is:

Intel Core 2 Quad 2.5Ghz (stock)

4GB Ram

Windows 8 Pro

750GB HDD

Radeon HD 5670 1GB DDR5

450W PSU

I managed to get in the BETA with a mate and seemed to be ok running the game at around medium to high settings but there was some delay between killing a enemy and them appearing dead although not sure if that's because it was a BETA. Am just worried full game especially in highly populated areas might make the game unplayable ?

Also will the Xbox One version of the Imperial Edition still give you the DLC to play as a Imperial and get the horse etc or is that PC exclusive.

The release version will run better than the beta, might not be much but it will not be worse.
