I restarted a new game yesterday, with all previous save files (including settings) erased. I made it out of Coldridge prison with no problems.
However, once I started the Overseer segment, my crossbow started firing incendiary rounds instead of the sleep darts, despite the crossbow clearly showing a sleep dart loaded. I reloaded from the last save, ensured my shortcut key was properly set, and saw the sleep dart load only to fire an incendiary round again.
It wasn't until I reloaded again, and fired the incendiary rounds into a wall, the issue stopped.
With my very first play though, it did this as well, though I attributed the issue to my own negligence. To see it again has me believing this isn't a fluke.

The second issue relates to the right control stick. For most of the game, the control stick will move right on its own. Before anyone says this is a controller problem, it does not do this on any other game I own and the controller is less than 2 weeks old. I bought a new one because my old controller would move to the left.
This isn't a critical issue, only because it hasn't affected game play, but just thought I'd bring it up.

This next one may not be an issue, but I'm at a loss to explain it. Yesterday,, I found a new bone charm I've never seen before, allowing me to move slightly faster while weapons are drawn. It works great when I first equip the charm, but after a screen load into a new cell, the speed is back to normal. I've tested this by putting away my weapons, only to see increased speed.
The reason this is odd is because when I remove the charm, my speed is slower, moreso than the default. I mean, I'm really moving slow. Now, I have to keep the bone charm equipped just to move at a normal pace.
Does this charm have a limitation, ie, it only works when using the crossbow and not grenades, for example? If so, this could be the issue, as I generally keep Blink in my left hand, only swapping to a weapon in those critical moments of needing to put guards to sleep quickly.
