I've been using the Ningheim Race for quite a while for my characters and I like it a lot but I thought I'd try something else for my next char. The plan is to make a female char that is as cute as possible, almost manga-like. Not sure if there are so many around these boards that goes for that, but if so - which mods and esp. modded race would you recommend? Do you use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/? (plus it's http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36925/?)? With it, you can enlarge eyes, change ear size and shape, narrow the nose and alter selion height and width, and much more. You have a huge amount of extra customization with these. I use these with every game. I don't do anime style, but I like the huge number of options. You can even set morph percentages on a character for each race individually, to make a Nord have both Dunmer-like and Breton-like features, for example.

Another similar option is http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12951/?, which exists pretty much to make anime characters.

With either of these, plus some texture and hair packs, you'd be set.
