Enquiry about TESO Land Mass and Availability.

Post » Fri Jan 31, 2014 5:59 pm

1. Which provinces will we be able to quest through upon release?

Morrowind/Skyrim etc.

(I'd have imagined some would be left out for future expansions?)

Or are we getting every province shown on the collectors edition map? (Being all of them [I think])

2. How big is the world going to be relative to previous games?

If I walked from one end of morrowind to the other on TESO, will it take as long as TES III?

Thanks :)

These are questions that can be answered by using the search function.

From what I understand, we're getting part of Morrowind, Skyrim, Elsweyr, Valenwood, High Rock, Daggerfall, and Cyrodiil.

Imagine the scope of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. That's how big Skyrim is in the game. Imagine each province being roughly the same size in landmass. Add them all together, and we get a LOT of land to explore.

Thanks for the answer, but to be honest, I am a little tired of the "Use google/search function" responses.

Having been an avid internet user for quite some time. That, and the fact I'm not 85 and confused by the world. I do fully understand how 'browsing' works.
What I don't understand is why people feel the need to remind you of this like you are some kind of imbecile.

Not to unload on you personally, but I find it hard to understand why people cant fathom the concept that this is a forum.

People come here to discuss, talk and enquire.

And right now I am busy with work and it is far easier for me to pose a question potentially for someone who feels they can spare a moment to answer. Nobody is forced to respond.

And later, when I have another short break, I can read the answer or re-enquire.

Just don't see the necessity for people to remind me of such obvious points.

Go on Elderscrollsonline.com and go to interactive map for all the available areas.
