Hello,

Recently i reactivated User Account control now after i did this my photos section under the "start tab" does not work and i deactivated it and read something about messing with registry numbers, not sure was a little bit confused on that. What i am asking is my photos says contact your service provider. I am quite confused of what i did wrong, after re-activating the user account controls everything stopped working and then re-deactivating them did not fix the problem. I also read something about making a new account. For fallout 3 i taken a in screen shot and none of the photos i have taken show in the fallout 3 directory, this is not the steam fallout, it's the program files. It says i took the photos but where are they being placed, i think i messed up in some way, could someone please help me resolve my problem.
