It's bleepin' bizarre.

He's slightly shorter than his fellow Nord men.

Now, the women... they [censored] tower over him. Strong Nord women, strong Nord women everywhere.

I've heard that watching the flashback during Alduin's Bane fixes this scaling issue, but it didn't work for me.

This isn't the first time, though. I remember having an Altmer character that was shorter than every other High Elf.

Is this in 1st or 3rd person?

3rd person.

The scaling is all over the place. My character is about as tall as Bolli from Riften and slightly taller than Farkas and Vilkas. However, Siddgeir (imperial jarl of Falkreath) towers over him like all Nord women apparently do in my game.

I assume in third person view. Have you any mod's than can cause this ??? (maybe...)

Maybe if you alter some aspects of your Nord character. !!!!

Maybe your character is standing on an inclined surface...

I did.

I walked around with an untouched preset but it was just the same.

That's a good point, but I usually make sure it isn't.
