Hello,
I use quite a few modular mods that add or change perks and perk trees. I also use ASIS automatic perks module but have a number of new encounter mods that give those npcs their own perks... would it be wise to add them to the exception list or would it likely be all good?
I use Organized Bandits, Immersive Creatures, SOT/UDE, High level creatures and a few quest mods like Falskaar.
