So, I think I've hit a bug and UESP doesn't cover it so I can't seem to find a work around. I found Umbra earlier in my quest for the Ten Ancestors (It's been years since I played Oblivion so I'm sort of blind here) and found Umbra, but I can't give it to Clavicus. I activate his shrine, he makes the initial dialogue, then the cutscene freezes. The game doesn't freeze, but after the journal update tells me I collected Umbra, I can't move or open my journal and so on. So how, if at all, can I complete it? (PS3, so no console commands)
