"Touching the Sky" - a game-breaking bug

I've encountered a potential game-breaking bug during "Touching the Sky" quest, which UESP lists as "when given the objective to fill the Initiates Ewer, one of the wayshrines may not give you any water making the quest impossible to complete". Tried to google a solution, alas to little avail - a plenty of people seem to have a problem with pouring the ewer into the basin after filling 5/5, but I am stuck at 3/5, unable to fill the water in Wayshrine of Sight, and as I did some travelling, none of my recent save-s will help either.
There is a solution related to the former, "If you have this problem, open the console and enter GetStage DLC1VQ07. If it returns 132.00, that means that somehow the quest progressed past the next stage of the quest. Since you cannot go back stages, the only way to solve this problem would be to use SetStage for every stage past "Gain Entry to the Inner Sanctum" until the current stage number is above 132 (meaning SetStage DLC1VQ07 200 , completing the quest, giving you the bow, and starting the next quest). This will mean skipping quite a lot of stages, but there's no way to fix this bug at the moment without skipping", though I am not sure it applies to the issue I encountered.
Any tips, or that's it?

Not exactly.
Despite the curveball, I went along nonetheless and recovered the final wayshrine, subsequently arriving at the chapel courtyard with 4/5. I opened the console, entered SetStage DLC1VQ07 100 and thus managed to trick the game into acknowledging completion of the objective. Further on, everything went smoothly - I successfully opened the gate and entered the Inner Sanctum without skipping anything, which sadly was the fate of a great amount of players experiencing issues at that stage. The only consequence of the glitch is an entry in the journal.
Feels fair to utter this DLC is almost as bugged as lovely.
