I am running into an issue where I launch the ESO beta client and get to the installing point of "Creating Directories" and then the installer goes unresponsive and I have to end program.

Has anyone else run into this issue or know how I can get around it?

edit: I have already tried turning off anti-virus and firewall also, no luck

The only forum that can offer help with this would be the Beta forum, or contact ESO support directly, as the beta forums are only open during beta testing.
