open task manager and close the instance of the launcher that is running then open it again as administrator. unless you tried that.

In task manager click "end process tree".

Edit:

Could be the anti virus is blocking it.

They gave Curse 500,000 keys.

I'm going to guess their support people might be just a tiny bit busy.

You can always submit another ticket; and check the date for the beta. If the beta hasn't started yet, even if you get the client downloaded and installed, you won't be able to play if they aren't running the game.

Zenimax Dev stated yesterday, here in the forum, that you can. You're just not allowed to tell anyone about the things you experience in the beta.

My net speed is not super fast so it would take some time to download 30gb. If we take in consideration that beta launch is almost at our doorsteps I am almost out of time so that why I need to resolve this as quickly as possible which is not easy when support not answering me for last two days.

75% and going strong. It was on 90 but than it experienced an setback. Just be patient. Time to have a long walk with my dog and set the screensaver off.

This is a very simple error message. Close installer, open task manager and ensure that the installer is turned off (in the processes tab, not the first applications tab). Alternatively reboot your computer.

Installer requires 50GB free space on your harddisk, (not 30GB that it lies). It requires extra space for installation temporarily and doesn't tell that to end user. It is mentioned in ESO support pages however. Plus it recommends additional 15% harddisk space free after that, so you can make sure you have like 70GB at least for installation.

Make sure you have at least 50gb free on c:/ when starting download, it could have problems unpacking and maybe does not want to run properly. I would clear space and download again overnight to doublecheck, if not I would try support ticket, you could have found a bug, after all it is a beta version...
