hello, my brother is having trouble getting his logitech f710 controller working with skyrim. it was working originally but then stopped out of nowhere, I tried getting him to use x360ce but the global database is down. I would really appreciate any assistance with this issue.

The logitech profiler software tends to conflict with steam sometimes.

Try turning it off.

If it's wireless make sure the controller is set to Xinput as well.

Yes set to X Input as to Direct Input.

Most (newer) controllers from any brand have an "X-Input" setting that mimics the Xbox controller completely without extra software.

Skyrim should saw the controller and all the buttons should be mapped themselves.

Maybe a driver update. My 360 controller is plug and play for Skyrim and the Fallout games.
