I saw on the system requirements that you would need 60 GB of hard drive space and i dont want to download all that, so will buying the physical copy save me download time or will i have to download the 60 GB anyway? Any help is appreciated.

I think with 60GB HDD Space they mean that as the game gets updated you'll probably need about 60 gigs free.
The official http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbqp7bpalmY 00:40 shows him taking it out and showing that there is a case with the disks inside.
it will probably install most of the stuff out of the CD, but youll still need a small update, but not the whole 60gb prolly
You'll still have a large download. The version of the game on the disk will be a skeleton of what they have right now. Most of it will still need to be downloaded. This is from past experience with other MMO's. They all have a sizable initial download.
This.
So for example would be Battlefield 4. When it came out I got the disk and took it home. There was already a day one patch to fix something. When a game comes out, the disks are made weeks/months in advance and preloaded with a basic game. This will have the standard textures, sounds, videos, and most of the larger items. The patch will be finalized tweaks over the time from software being sent to the disk makers and launch. So things like weapon config files, server updates, connection tweaks, and maybe some visual/sound fixes.
