Disappointed by support

I have recently been trying to log in into my account and I had to enter a code as the website says that I am logging into a unknown IP. However there's a message saying that the code is invalid despite being sent into my email address. I find this issue very odd as usually there would be another code being generated and sent again.
I have been emailing the support at this email mailto:ESO_Help@elderscrollsonline.com but it has not been very fruitful and frankly, very frustrating.
I wish I can access my account and I wish I can log in to actually input my beta key and I am at my wits end , it seems to me that the replies of mailto:ESO_Help@elderscrollsonline.com is computer generated. I hope your replies would be more helpful and hopefully have more sense.

I am incredibly frustrated and upset with the support of your team, I have tried again and again rephrasing my support ticket and waiting for the agent at the live chat all i want is another access code to enter my account as for some reason the website thinks I am accessing my account from a public computer.

I have pre-ordered this game and willing to pay more premiums for the monthly subscription and I am really disappointed at the service , I dont expect to be treated as a king but I was hoping you to treat us as proper customers. I love the elder scroll series and I hope things will improve.

Please , please , give me the access code to my account , I hope I made this very clear here.

Quick question, is your ISP Time Warner Cable? This is relevant to your issue.

There are no agents trying to contact me , I have waited for hours. I have tried at least 6 emails. They have not been helpful at all.

No, its not ISP Time warner cable.

Two things.

1. They are getting slammed right now. The sheer number of people trying to download and install the beta client is staggering and there is no way that the CS staff, whatever their number, can give everyone attention they want.

2. This is Beta and not the retail so the expectation of personalized customer service needs to be lessened. You did not pay for Beta access

I am sure they are working as hard and fast as they can.
