So if I pre-order the imperial physical edition through the zenimax store will I get the game in time to be able to use my 5 days of early access? In other words, will they mail it out in time to get here on the day the early access starts??

They did go over it and have talked about it a lot. You will get a email that will give you a code to enter into the redeem system that will give you early access. The game disk will be sent out "around" that time. They also have no officially said if you will have the IE bonus stuff but I talked to a Dev and she said that while no official announcement was released, it will likely be included in the early access.
