Hello,

I have an issue when I try to start the game from the client.

When I click on "Play", I have this error message : "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

After googling the concerned dll, I found that it's related to Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, which I installed several times but nothing changed !

I already tried to install directly the dll, but result is the same ...

Is somebody know that kind of error ?

Install the microsoft visual that come with the game instead.

Well, for a start you can't play yet as the Beta hasn't started. Times are in the email you received.

Same email also has the link you should follow for the beta forums. Unless you got your key from curse, then you'll just have to file a support ticket.

You can't get beta help here as there are plenty of people here who aren't in the beta.

Therefore, not everyone can join beta now ?

Considering they are giving free beta keys to any one who logs in I suppose plenty of people are on it lol.

But it hasn't started yet.

Also I can't login to the beta forums, they won't allow me to. Says account doesn't exist... yea..
