Based on another topic discussion I am currently having about this subject, I figured maybe instead of assuming the amount of people that would be interested in playing in a full loot pvp campaign, a poll should be conducted about it.

Here are the basic "rules" of how this campaign would work:

1) No pvp outside of Cyrodiil. PvE remains unchanged

2) When you die in pvp, you cannot respawn for 1 minute. During this time, your character becomes a clickable corpse and all gold/items worn/carried can be looted.

3) Looters cannot "click - take all" they have to actually open your "corpse" click on objects and drag to inventory. This is to represent the time it would take to actual loot a corpse

4) You can be ressed, and in which case you still possess any items/gold that was not looted.

5) You will not lose a level/skill point. Everything else remains the same.

That's it.
