I have the WinRAR file unzipped and and am just trying to figure out how to get it into my files I have been using NMM for my morrowind mods and FOMM for fallout for so long I forgot where exactly to put the files to make it work for morrowind. I'm using steam as well.

Overhaul doesn't work with NMM or other mod managers. It has it's own multi-feature advanced installer. Just read the MGSO_InstallationGuide.pdf form within the archive.
