Anyone care to review my mod load order please? : V

Hey folks, just looking to see if I can get some input on my mod load order for Skyrim, I used BOSS to set it up, but just in-case, I'd like a second opinion.

I also have a second question that maybe someone can help me with, using Audio Overhaul for Skyrim along with Climates of Tamriel, do I need to use the Audio/Sound Module from Climates of Tamriel or not?
