I'm looking for what I can do to my RECENTLY reformatted system *it's been going through updates all week and had just finished last night* to keep this error report from popping up EVERY TIME I try to play the game.

This isn't the beta forums, just letting you know that it'll prolly be locked. Might aswell answer your question tho, no, I don't recognize it.
The beta forums are currently closed due to "unscheduled maintenance" so, I guess you'll have to wait untill 12pm EST.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles but you are looking for the beta forums, there's not a lot that can be done from this forum. (Heck, I'm just a volunteer, not a Bethesda employee.) Please keep in mind that you are beta testing a game for free, not playing a purchased finished product. If it was bug-free it wouldn't be in beta would it?
