If I want to make another character (i plan as my main being a Bosmer and my secondary being an Orc) will I have to pay for the game again or am i allowed to have multiple characters on the same game?

I don't know if this is for beta purposes, but from what I've seen in footage you can have multiple characters. I doubt you'd have to pay extra, though you might have to past the limit of something like 10/20 slots.
