Im no modder but since the creation kits of Both Fallout and TES expanded both pc versions will there be a server for modders to make things?

because this game is going to be on a megaserver. One server. One giant server.

Also mods don't mix well with MMO's. If you want to mod, wait for the next regular/stand alone TES game

No, there is only one server. There will be no modding except UI modding.

ESO doesn't need none of that crap. Besides, Fallout and other TES games were single-player so mods didn't affect anyone but the player.
