How do you feel about the game now?

I just want to figure out the general consensus on how everyone feels after reading/watching these reviews. From my general view point the reviews are very negative towards this game, all I hear is "boring, dull, not a great mmo, not a great TES game, its ok.., etc" I still plan on buying the game but I dont know if ill continue on later in the future, which saddens me.

Personally, after playing it, I wasn't overall impressed. Can't really get into many details without possibly breaking NDA (because trust me, i would love to nit pick every little detail about it), but the gameplay is the hardest thing to get past for me. In the end, who knows? Maybe it's just like Morrowind for newer Elder Scrolls player, where once you get past the bad gameplay, there's a good story and good writing underneath. Dunno. Personally, I'm on the verge about it, because that could possibly be the case, and I'm missing out on a well told story. Plus, I'm a collector, so that Imperial Edition really appeals to me, so I'm considering just buying the game for the map and statue -shrug-. In the end, still undecided about it as far as purchase. As for the life of the game itself? I can see this being another SWTOR in the making, except at a faster rate.

NDA prevents me from saying why but suffice to say that my mind is blown. Ever get exactly what you wanted for Christmas? This is like that.

The game is pretty much what I expected it to be.

I wasn't one of those people who thought it'd be Skyrim Online.

I knew it is an MMO and I knew I have to compare it to other MMO's, not to single player games.

It's a very good MMO. If ZOS holds their promise of content coming out every 1 - 1,5 months, I see no reason why this game would not stay as P2P.
