Things i wanted to ask about

i knew ESO was popping up here and there but i payed no attention to it. today i was curious enough to learn more about the game, and surprisingly it was more than i expected. I Loved all TES creations from morrowind to skyrim and had so much fun playing them which also gave me the chills when watching ESO reviews. today, ive seen alot of rants and likes on it but the thing is even though i have seen alot of bad reviews on it I still have that urge to love it and get that vibe to look into my wallet and see if i should buy it.

my questions are:

1) i heard the subscription payment is $14.99 a month at first i was (why will i spend that much) but have been watching videos and gameplays and it seemed really decent

A ) would it be worth it? i know its still in beta but im sure the full game would have good updates

B ) in paying for $15 a month can I pay using UGC ( Ultimate Game Card )?

2) will the subscription payment go down? ( i dont really mind, i could support myself to pay it each month. but just curious.)

more or less if i could pay with UGC each month then im willing to purchase ESO

The transition from single-player games to subscription MMOs was a tricky one for me personally when I crossed over oh-so-many years ago. It ended up being worth it, for me, for a particular game, but I can't say one way or another whether it would be worth it in general for this game.

If it helps, the pre-orders include a month of game time, which is probably long enough for you to decide if you want to keep paying. If not, well, it's like buying any other game you thought you'd like, but end up never playing after a session or two. In addition, the open beta should be happening "soon," so be sure to sign up for it over at http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en/.

Subscription MMOs will often offer special deals on rates, the most typical being $30 for 3 months. No idea if ESO will go that way or when it's likely to happen if they do.

No idea on UGC either
