Tool or Mod to export completed Quests from Save files? : V

Greetings all,

Is there such a tool/mod? I am looking for something that will assist in the Journal (outside the game) of my play through...

Nope. At least not yet. FISS would be a likely candidate but I think such a feature has to be implemented, and possibly through SKSE. Just a guess.
