"msvcp100.dll is missing" pops up when I start the game.


1. the game starts with obse loader
2. FCOM installed & working

The pop-up message says Oblivion.exe is missing msvcp100.dll but when I close the pop-up window, the game starts as usual and I can play the game without any problem.

I never encounter this issue before & I've been reinstalling FCOM at least 5,6 times. I just reinstall Oblivion with the latest FCOM version , however. Apparently it's something to do with Microsoft Visual C++. Any idea how to go about?

Looks like a common problem, and not just for Oblivion.
