Hello all, am I blind or is there no healer class in the game?

I know i can take up restoration staff, but there is a problem... I cant cast restoration spells unless resto staff is equiped... Or can I learn restoration spells from mages guild?

Check the Templar.

Templar has.a.healing skill tree, other than that you have to use a restoration staff

Any class can heal with the resto staff, but templar has it easier overall since he doesn't have to level restoration staff tree at all.

but if you are dedicated you can be a templar bowman healer or anything like that.

You can also level the restoration tree and get a few healing spells kicking in no matter the class, which I highly recommend, at least a healing spell for when stuff gets sour.

Oh crap i started the wrong class then . I thought that sorc will be closer to healer . Anyway, thank you for helpfull information

To be fair sorc healer sounds good to me and its the next build im gonna try.

But yeah you definately need a resto staff to heal with a sorc.

Indeed. I imagine any bonuses Sorcerers get to Magicka pools, regenerating Magicka and things like warding spells would be great to boost healing output. But from what I know the Templar is the only class with healing active abilities suiting him far better than any other class for the role.

But yes, Templar is the only class with a skill line for healing abilities (so far.... muhahahahaha!)
