I see some complaints about Lore and the History of the Elder Scrolls Online.

Think about all the issues that the "Real World" has in keeping even Modern History straight. The history in The Elder Scrolls Online might seem a tad changed from the Single Player games but think on this fact. How could a world so full of war and constant infighting and power changes have a hope of keeping historical record straight?

Maybe what really happened (As portrayed by TESO) isn't what eventually became known as history.

Just a thought.

I hate how even lore is under NDA. It is so...stupid. Hope the guys who run everything get their game together or they're making stupid mistakes.

The last thread that was about lore was just flat out wrong in nearly all his thoughts.

Yeah i'm not even going to get in to specifics about Lore. I don't know enough about the TES lore to be an expert - but I do know that a thousand years is a long time, especially in a world without concrete ways of keeping history. I look at our own world and how we have problems with maintaining accurate history for just fifty years in the past, heh.

I, for one, will keep that in mind when seeing anything that might go against what is in the Single Player games.

Lore isn't NDA at all, the lore has been around for ages, problem is zenimax decided this takes place in a volatile time with everything shifting.

Thank the lord we can't make character names like XxXArthasXxXxxX I would hate to see that ingame. All hail emeperor "EX EX EX EX ARTHAS EX EX EX EX" lol xD
