Alright, so this Rp takes place in, well, the land of the rising sun, Japan. I've been going over it in my head for some time now, and I think this could work.
Basically there are three waring factions, All trying to control Tokyo. Control capitol, control land, right? Well, when/if you decide to join, you can be apart of them.
While the story still has some detail to be made, here is the basics of the plot.
While the world crumbled, Japan became a new, civilized world. People there realized that fighting would lead to another war, so they stopped. With things peaceful, they began to create an Economy, schools, housing, stores, and many of the things that made Japan they way it is today. One man, Kyoto Kata, began to rule most of Japan. His ways were not fully understood be many, and hated by many more. Under his leadership, a grand government was established, The New Imperial Army. Many thought that a large government wasn't a good idea, so some branched out, creating their own. One of Kata's best generals, Yoko Akuji, began her own, The Republic of the sun, to combat the Imperial Army. One other, Hatori Fujiyama, created the Underground, a gang similar to the Yakuza, and are often mistaken for them. While many have just become warlords, governing over their own settlements, the larger organizations battle for Tokyo. You are a member of such governments, and become one of the greats, hopefully. While Kata watches the wars unfold, he has a more sinister idea in mind...
Okay, this is just a rough draft, but that explains the basic plot.
