After playing the TESO beta I got the itch to revisit Cyrodiil after an extended stay in Skyrim. Of course I want to heavily mod my game, but I ran into a problem when trying to get Quarl's Texture Pack from Planet Vampire (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=3813). The download simply doesn't work. I tried looking for it on the Oblivion Nexus, but thes earch came up empty.

So I'm wondering if anyone could point me towards a different download site or provide a good alternative.
