Curious cat would also want to know number. even if not record breaking it would still be an impressive number.

Judging by the betas i've been in the past, i'm pretty sure they broke every last beta record. From the amount of NDA breaching threads we received on these forums to the chat activity within the game itself. There was definitely more people online than ever before.

A number would be interesting though.

EDIT: The NDA also states that we can say that we participated in the beta but no more then that. A figure of how many people participated in the beta would not breach NDA.

While I don't know how many people who played last weekend, I know how many invites they sent out, and they were much more than I would have guessed. But I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share
