The thing is, and this is a cold hard fact. That 3rd person view has a big advantage over first person when it comes to, eh well....... view.

You could sell it as the first person view altho not being able to pay much atention to his surroundings, wil have a bonus to i dont know what, but something balanced.

Its fair for people who highly prefer to play in first person, because one third of the players does(roughly). And did i say its fair?

Give me one, just one good reason why this would not be fair? or even slightly gamebreaking. And dont get me wong, im not saying there are non. I just cant think of any.

Just switch to 3rd person when things get overwhelming, you could say that someone who zooms all the way out has an advantage to someone who plays with the camera just behind there player...
