Haven't you heard? Thursday is the new Friday, so that won't work!

Well, I hear the next best option is Tuesday from 5AM-9AM EST, but I hear Auzzies are a strange group and think Tuesday is the new Thursday, which is the new Friday.

I'd rather them patch at 5AM Monday mornings because everyone will be passed out by then.
shouldn't take more than 6 hours to patch, so 5am on a monday, sleeping and working people will wake up or get off work and bam the game will be ready to go

I'm not abandoning GW2. Tuesday is GW2's patch day and Friday is GW2's WvW reset day, so Thursday would be a good day.

I think I heard somewhere that the devs are in Maryland, which explains why the beta timeframes were provided in EST. All i know is that the aussies can never catch a break when it comes to maintenance.

I've always seen Wednesday as the best day for patch day mainly because if something goes wrong with the patch they've got time to resolve it with a hotfix before the weekend.

Beta patches have mostly been on Tuesdays, so I'm thinking they'll stay with that. Which is fine with me.

I'm okay with any day as long as it's within the early AMs, because if it is, it won't cut anyone's playtime at all. o_O

Blizzard will do Diablo RoS maintenance Tuesday. So I am hoping Wednesday or Thursday.

With both games being released so close together, the only time for RoS I have planned in TESO maintenance

Wednesdays unless it's an even day of the month, then Tuesday. Objective fact.

Doesn't matter to me as long as it somewhere between mon-friday, 9-5 so I can work through it.

Any day but sat and sunday. I have church sundays but could play in between. It is the only day im not available for work (i am certain i'll get this job before release)

As long as they don't do prime time eu for patch's don't care what day.

I'd rather them patch at 1am EST on whichever morning they choose. That equates to 6am UK time and will mean at least I will be able to play by midday if it takes six hours to patch. Starting the patch at 6am EST is 11am here in the UK and the patch would go on to 4pm. Not in any way ideal for those in the UK.

This is of course assuming that both megaservers will be patched at the same time. I shall be playing on the US server anyway for various reasons so will just have to put up with whatever patch times they use...

Patches are traditionally done on the days you take off of work or have a holiday on.
