Right now, my character is walking around casually with http://i.imgur.com/btBX6Ja.jpg. He's a Dwemer so it kind of suits him and his roleplay. I had just stolen Mythic Dawn Robes from Dawnstar and I ran before any guards could confront me, so I have a bounty on me, but not a large one where guards attack on site. I was wondering, does he keep this face until bounty is payed off, or is it simply a glitch.

I've seen that bug occur a lot in Oblivion. Frowning for no reason and no animation mod(Actors in Charge in particular) would unstick it. When its smiling, it's really, really, creepy.

That being said, FNIS could probably fix this but that's only on the PC.

Hmm, try fighting someone, then when you finish look again to see if it fixed it? When your fighting your character frowns, so maybe that will unglitch it.

load a different save where a character's face is normal then load your "dwemer" save.

Haha Sorry but this is amusing! I don't currently know any way to stop this. It is probably a glitch. I always wear a helmet though so I wouldnt know!

It's fixed. Apparently I was in combat with someone, even though I was like a whole city away from them. I found out because a message popped up saying "Failed: Pieces of the Past". I assumed I was in combat with the guy in the museum lol
